Like all software companies Xero provides standard reporting and also provides a PowerBI template. What it can’t do is integrate the financial data with your other data that you may have in another systems such as Excel or any other database.

Xero’s PowerBI application, combines P&L and Cashflow information together with information that you may want your staff to manage. It does not give you the option to have this data on separate pages with different security.
