Panoni was set up to help small to Medium size businesses (SME’S) compete against larger ones. Typically SME’s do not have the resources for IT and Finance functions within their business. Panoni can offer this support at a fraction of the cost.
Robert Tilsley BBS, C.A.
Robert is the Managing Director of Panoni. His vision is to set up a company that helps small business compete against large firms that have all of the resources. “Business is changing very fast. Tools that were once only available to large firms are now available to everyone, so let’s do it”
Robert has worked in Manufacturing business around the world and has an in-depth knowledge of how to get the best out of them.
He has helped run Construction and Engineering business so has an in-depth knowledge of Jobbing and the complexities that come with it.
Robert is a qualified Accountant. In his spare time he loves working on the farm or fishing for snapper.
We are based in Northern Waikato (hence the rural background)
